Contract Modification

If you wish to change your:

  • experiment (meaning your primary participation)
  • institute

please fill the EDH form and attach the new Home Institution Declaration signed by the Head of Department or Head of Administration within your institute.

Please allow some time for the User's Office to process this change and verify whether all your provided information is correct.

Contract Extension

If your contract is about to expire, you can extend it at earliest 28 days before its end date.
Please fill the EDH form and attach the new Home Institution Declaration signed by the Head of Department or Head of Administration within your institute.
