Please note that for travels related to the Neutrino Platform, you should enter "EP-NU" as the organizer of the travel.

Before the travel,  travelers must fill in their profiles via cern.ch/travel.

Mandatory information are:

• Full name as written in the passport
• Nationality
• Date of birth
• Passport number (required for travel outside of the EU)

Not mandatory but for your convenience:

• Frequent flyer number(s)

For travels to Fermilab for more than 5 consecutive nights, please get in touch with us, as specific rules apply!
