You already know which office you will use

If you have just arrived at CERN and you already know your future office, please fill the following form in EDH.

Keys

  • Type of key (choose normal)
  • Location (number of the office)
  • Justification

The Key Service will inform you via e-mail once your key is ready and you shall collect it in the building 55.

You do not know yet which office you will use

If you need help with office allocation, please contact us by telling us whether your main work will be in Meyrin or Prevessin site and inform us also about the length of your stay.
We will try to help you identifying the most suitable workplace during your stay.
