• the estimated number of participants
• the number of plenary and parallel sessions (with estimated number of attendees for the latter)

Event creation:

Indico is the preferred tool for the creation of your event, please let us know:

• the support email
• the needed protection and management rights
• the budget estimation to cover the event and the related budget code
• registration form for participants and the needed information when applicable (amount of the registration fee covering coffee breaks, social event, visit, poster, etc.)
• invitation letter information
